Our Housekeeping Rates & Services

We offer services on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one time basis. One time cleanings are great for holidays, weddings, parties, and other events. Gift certificates are also available.

Our base rate is $40 for four rooms. We charge $8 for each additional room of average condition and size.

During a cleaning, we always:

  • Sweep and mop bare floors
  • Vacuum carpeted floors
  • Dust the top, front, and sides of your furniture
  • Dust lamps and shades
  • Clean mirrors and glass pictures
  • Check for cobwebs
  • Empty wastebaskets

Upon request, we can also wash, dry, and fold one load of laundry.

Other services:

Windows cleaned inside and out (those that tilt inside) $3 per window
Hand wash plantation blinds, blade by blade $4 each
Hand wash baseboards, door frames, doors and all wood trim $7 per room
Kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors washed $1.50 each (a stack of drawers count as one door)
Ceiling lighting globes and fan blades cleaned $3 each
